BingX opens traditional market trading to crypto users through a new CFD product
BingX has launched a new contract-for-difference product giving crypto users access to precious metals, stock indices, forex, and commodities from a single account with leverage and MetaTrader 5 support.
BingX, the cryptocurrency exchange and Web3-AI company, announced on August 10, 2026 the launch of BingX Contract-for-Difference (CFD), expanding its offering into traditional financial markets and giving eligible users access to multiple asset classes through a single account.
What the Product Covers
Through a single BingX account, eligible users can access CFD markets across precious metals, stock indices, foreign exchange, and commodities. The product also integrates with MetaTrader 5, a widely used platform among retail traders in traditional markets, and supports both long and short positions with leverage.
A contract for difference is a financial agreement between two parties to exchange the difference in value of a financial asset between the opening and closing of the contract. CFDs enable traders to speculate on price movements without owning the underlying asset, and allow investors to take both long and short positions, meaning they can profit from both rising and falling markets. It is worth noting that CFDs are not permitted in the United States due to regulations imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on over-the-counter financial instruments.
Part of a Broader TradFi Push
The CFD launch is the latest step in BingX's strategy to bridge crypto and conventional finance. In Q2 2026, one of BingX's key development priorities was trading traditional financial market assets, with the platform supporting more than 120 trading pairs and daily trading volume in the TradFi Stocks category increasing by more than 700 percent over five days.
Founded in 2018, BingX serves over 40 million users worldwide and is ranked among the top five global crypto derivatives exchanges. The exchange has positioned its growing TradFi suite as part of a unified ecosystem where users can move between digital assets and conventional markets without switching platforms.
BingX said the CFD offering reflects demand from traders who want broader market access. The launch reflects the growing demand for broader market access as traders increasingly look beyond individual asset classes to respond to changing market conditions.
